Our Services

  • Our remote strength training and skill development program offers personalized coaching through the TrueCoach app 2,3, or 4 days of the week. Athletes receive custom-designed workouts and skill drills tailored to their goals, with all exercises and progress tracked through the app. This allows for flexibility in training while still receiving expert guidance, feedback, and accountability from coaches, helping athletes stay on track and improve performance from anywhere.

  • This tailored program begins with a detailed 3-day food log that you will complete, capturing a snapshot of your daily dietary habits. After analyzing your food intake, we will provide you with personalized feedback and insights on how to optimize your nutrition.

    Our goal is to ensure your body is fueled effectively for peak performance. You will receive expert recommendations on dietary adjustments, highlighting specific areas for improvement based on your individual needs and athletic goals. Whether you're looking to enhance your training, recover faster, or achieve specific fitness milestones, our service empowers you with the knowledge and tools to elevate your nutrition and performance.

    training sessions are designed to help baseball athletes in Whatcom County develop the skills needed to perform at a higher level. Training takes place in a real field environment and focuses on building efficient mechanics, strong fundamentals, and athletic performance.

    Athletes can train in the following areas:

    • Hitting – swing mechanics, timing, bat speed, and approach

    • Pitching – mechanics, command, velocity development, and arm care

    • Throwing – arm strength, accuracy, and efficient movement patterns

    • Catching – receiving, blocking, transfers, and throwing

    • Fielding – footwork, glove work, and reaction time

    • Speed & Agility – acceleration, change of direction, and athletic movement

    Sessions are designed for youth, middle school, and high school athletes who want to improve their skills through focused instruction and purposeful training.

  • Item Small group training sessions (2–6 athletes) provide a focused, high-energy environment where players can develop their skills while still receiving individualized coaching. Working in a small group allows athletes to get plenty of quality repetitions, learn alongside teammates, and train in a competitive setting.

    Sessions may focus on hitting, pitching, throwing, catching, fielding, or speed and agility, with instruction tailored to the needs and skill level of the group.

    Small group training is ideal for athletes who want more personal attention than large camps or team practices while benefiting from the motivation and pace of training with other dedicated players.

  • Large group training sessions (6–20 athletes) provide a structured, high-energy environment focused on developing fundamental baseball skills through organized drills and competitive practice. These sessions allow athletes to train alongside peers while building discipline, teamwork, and consistent practice habits.

    Training may include hitting, pitching, throwing, catching, fielding, and speed and agility, with athletes rotating through drill stations designed to maximize repetitions and keep players engaged.

    Large group training is ideal for teams, off-season training groups, and athletes looking to improve their skills in a competitive, fast-paced training environment.
